This support ticket system is for Accade clients to gain support for all issues related to services Accade provides. This may include email support, content management system support, e-commerce system support and more. We try to respond to all ticket requests within 24 hours - at minimum to let you know the status of our fulfilling your request. If you have a more urgent matter (an example would be that your website is not displaying properly, or at all) you may call us at (800) 778-5362. You will need a login to be able to access the support system. If you do not have a login, please request one from your Account Manager or by sending an email to support@accade.com.
